Plant-based products were riding a wave for many years, with increased offerings in different categories. Recently, sales of plant based products have been sluggish although consumers still aspire to purchase sustainable, healthy products.

### So, let's talk about how to win again with a plant based strategy.

Before you start to win with a Plant-based strategy it's essential to do your  homework—learn the playing field, competition, the fans and the media.

Some of the topics we'll address in this webinar include:

- What's your **overall goal?** **Context** for your product? **Category and application?**
- What **consumer groups are you targeting?** What do they expect from the product category?
- Are you targeting a **price point**?
- What kind of **tradeoffs** will your customers make**?**
- What **claims** are you trying to make?

We'll have a lively discussion exploring ways to win—while supporting consumer desires for health and sustainability.
