Typically January is a time of making resolutions we hope will improve our lives. These range from simple changes to what we eat and products we use, to full-fledged changes to our habits. Every year we check in with Clean Label Enthusiasts - trend leaders of the free-from movement. As we discuss their resolutions with them we learn how the clean label trend will be shifting and focusing over the next year. This year we also asked people who are not Clean Label Enthusiasts about their new years resolutions and we learned about some interesting differences.
Join us as we hear how CLE's mesh their environmental and health values with how they want to continue to change and focus this year, and where that is similar and where it is different from Non-CLE. We will discuss their plans for adjustments as we look forward and ways companies can meet their needs in products and messaging.
